PRO

Revvo Pro Tire Mounted Sensor is the most sophisticated tire sensor available in the market for all tire sizes and applications. Revvos patented sensor works on any tire to capture data from every revolution of the tire. Tire data for pressure, temperature, tread, load, alignment, road surface, wheel security, position, and more are sent to Revvo in vehicle gateways or vehicle telematics via BLE. Sensors are automatically detected and registered to vehicles, no need for additional hardware or apps to setup!

WHEEL

Revvo Wheel uses Revvo’s PRO sensor and a modified case to fit on the wheel of any vehicle. This mounting option provides a one time installation of sensors on a vehicle and provides data for tire pressure, temperature, wheel security, position, predicted tread, and more. All data from Wheel sensors are sent to Revvo in vehicle gateways or vehicle telematics via BLE. Sensors are automatically detected and registered to vehicles, no need for additional hardware or apps to setup!

VALVE

Revvo Valve connects most tires in the easiest and fastest way using an external valve mounted sensor. This mounting option provides the most flexibility and ease of use to get vehicle tires connected to Revvo’s TireIQ engine. Valve sensor data provides tire pressure, external wheel temperature, predicted tread, and more. All data from Valve sensors are sent to Revvo in-vehicle gateways or vehicle telematics via BLE. Sensors are automatically detected and registered to vehicles, no need for additional hardware or apps to setup!

3rd Party & OEM Sensors

Revvo connects to vehicle tires already outfitted with TPMS by pulling data directly from onboard 3rd party telematics to capture, process, and deliver tire data in real-time. No added hardware necessary. Revvo’s TireIQ ™ analyzes data to accurately alert, predict, and report on tires to Revvo dashboards or via API.

Connected API

Revvo connects to Vehicle APIs to pull data from each vehicle’s existing Tire Pressure Sensors to capture, process, and deliver tire data in real-time. No added hardware necessary or 3rd party telematics devices required. Revvo’s TireIQ ™ analyzes data to accurately alert, predict, and report on tires to Revvo dashboards or via API.

REVVO GATEWAY

Revvo’s gateway transmits Tire Sensor data to the cloud. It is powered through OBDII, J1939, in-line fuse, or direct to battery. The gateway can be placed anywhere in the vehicle and has the option to transmit GPS, ECU, and other vehicle dynamics data.

REVVO TRAILER GATEWAY

Revvo’s Gateway for Trailers is a solar + battery powered no-additional-connections needed gateway. Mounting is straightforward and can be done in minutes.
